"May the Odds Ever Be In Your Favor"
Today is the DAY!!!
Soccergirl and I have been counting down the days since November! The story goes, I promised as her birthday present, that I would read the whole trilogy and go to the midnight premiere together.
Little did I know just how much I'd like the books. I read them for the first time over winter break and I loved them! Right after I finished the first book I started drooling over the movie trailers, I was hooked.
I literally just watched the trailer again and my hands are red from clapping so hard (I clap when I'm excited/happy)
In just a few hours I'll be enjoying some popcorn with sour patch kids (we all know it's the best combination known to man) with my Sis watching THE HUNGER GAMES!

Dancing Through Life
I want to dance with you;
dance with you when times are good,
dance with you when times are bad.
Dance with you through the tears of life,
dance with you when we're 3 feet off the ground.
Dance with you when we're old, wrinkled from laughter.
Dance with you at our first place, rug rolled back, music vibrating the floor.
I want to dance through life with you, by your side through it all.
I don't know when the music will start,
but I'm waiting to hear those first sweet notes.

Photo Challenge, "Favorite Photo From February"
One of my favorite memories from February, going for Saturday morning walks. We had such unseasonably warm weather that our walks were actually enjoyable and no tears were shed!
Hop on over to The Paper Mama to check out some other favorite February photos.

Since my discovering Pinterest, many new yummy recipes have been created in my kitchen. My favorite would have to be this spicy thai recipe, LOVE IT!
- 1 box Linguine pasta
- 1-2 Tablespoons crushed red pepper (I generally use 1 1/2 TB, spicy but not too spicy)
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 Cup sesame oil (Olive oil can be substituted if sesame oil isn't available)
- 6 Tablespoons honey
- 6 Tablespoons soy sauce
- green onions, fresh cilantro and peanuts set aside
- boil water for noodles, once boiling add noodles
- over medium heat in a small pan, heat both oils and crushed red pepper for 2 minutes
- strain out pepper and reserve oil
- drain the boiling noodles
- with the remaining whisk in the honey and soy sauce
- pour noodles over sauce
- sprinkle green onions, cilantro and peanuts over servings
- enjoy

Resolution
Remember when i posted this? Background story, this summer I offered my time to God. I was willing to go wherever He led, even if it meant out of the country. At one point I thought was being called out of the country, instead He had something different in mind.
After God closing international travel, I wasn't really sure where He wanted to lead me. I tried to rest in His timing not mine, something so easy to say and so hard to do. Right when I was starting to second guess myself, SpringHill kept floating into my heart and mind, God had a plan and I responded in faith.
I will be working at SpringHill Camps this summer! Starting June 4th through August 18th I will be living, breathing Summer Camp. I am so glad I didn't impose my wants or my own demands on this summer, instead by allowing God to lead, just that little aspect of this summer has been amazing to see God work, an amazing experience.
This summer will be different, not because of anything I did; but because of what I didn't do, allowed God to work.
