Awesome

• Today my afternoon class got cancelled!!  So instead of leaving school at four I got to leave at eleven, sounds pretty nice if you ask me.  Highlight would have to be eating lunch at home instead of eating my smushed peanut butter and honey.

• Today is 10-11-12, ten, eleven, twelve! (get it?)  Makes me feel like a nerd but these type of things get me excited.

• This video doesn't really need any explanation as to why it's awesome does it?!

• I got to have my weekly Panera date today, we missed it last week and while we were driving we talked about how fun these Thursday nights have become!

• My math homework (due on Monday) is already finished for the week!  No frantic pulling of hair on Sunday night for me! 

Awkward

• Having the guy at the gas station comment on my promise ring, here's how the conversation went down:

"You married?"

 ".....What?....."

"Engaged?"

"...Sure..." (Questioning look on my face)

"Oh....  just never noticed it before."

I don't know where to start, the fact that he remembers me from before?  The fact that he's a slim ball in his mid twenties?  The fact that I would rather he think I was taken then have him continue to be a creep?  The fact that I was just getting milk for my MOTHER?  Or the fact that he had to comment on my ring?  I don't know, but I do know that all my future gasoline will be purchased from Kroger. 

• Seeing someone you know in the hallway and say hi, but then remember you haven't seen them in at least three years and they obviously don't remember you based off the expression on their face.  Yep, keep on walking, keep on smiling and try to laugh it off. 

• Realizing I'm old enough to be a chaperone for a high school retreat, since when did that happen?! Wasn't I like just in high school?  I only graduated last year.... oh.... yeah I've been out of high school for almost two years... (crickets)

Welp, that's what my week has contained so far, some awesomeness and plenty of awkward.  But who we kidding, awkwardness always finds me.

• I know I need to do laundry when the only clean socks I have are holiday socks.  They go great with my workout clothes...  (laundry is in the washer as we speak)

• Having the cashier look at you funny when you only purchase plastic gloves and sandwich pages.  I know it may look weird lady, but really it's just for dying my hair back to purple... Nothing weird in that at all!

• Yesterday I thought winter had unfortunately returned, we had snow and everything.  But today, spring is back!  Leaving me very confused as to how to dress.

• This semester will be done in under two weeks!  I think I'm going to become a hermit with all the studying for finals, paper editing and presentation making.  CRAZINESS (I might be, possibly, maybe freaking out already)

Awesome

• My bird wolf whistled at me when I came in the door from school.  Why thank you "Misty" for the resounding affirmation of your affection.

• This weekend it is supposed to be in the 70s!!  Great way to celebrate my birthday weekend! 

• Only THREE days till I kiss 18 goodbye and say hello to 19!!

• This school semester will be finished in two weeks!!  Freedom is so close I can taste it!

• SpringHill is only a month and a half away, you should see my packing list.  My list is extremely long and color coded, I like organizing, maybe a little too much.

Awkward...
Texting someone and realizing you sent your text to the wrong person, an explanation and major back peddling shortly took place.

How do you tell a guy you don't want to give him your number?  Even if it is for studying,  I have been taught that giving an guy your number, if you're not comfortable with the through of them having your number, even if it's just for study purposes DON'T DO IT!!  I also might have some stranger danger paranoia.

Waking up forty-five minutes late...  I was wide awake once I realized just how little time I had to get to class. Sweat shirt and messy bun kind of day.

Awesome...
Tomorrow is FRIDAY, that right there is reason in and of it's self to celebrate!

I saw that side long glance you gave me, cute comp Boy, just say that word and we can skip class and head to Starbucks.

Putting money in the bank, no matter the amount, it always feels good!

The new Hunger Games trailer is out!!!  I can now bypass the super bowl all together because we all know seeing this new trailer was the only reason behind me watching.

-- Forgetting why I went upstairs only to come downstairs and remember, up and down I go.

-- Needing assistance at the self check out, and the store employee is someone I know.  But it's one of those weird things, like you sort of know each other but you've never talked type of thing.  So do I say hi?  Or not say anything???

-- Having someone rev their engine while I'm crossing the road at school.  Thanks for the compliment immature boy who needs to grow up, but now I'm going to take my good old time crossing the road.  Oh community college.

-- Discussing an essay in class that deals with certain human body parts.  Please floor open up and swallow me NOW!

-- Having friends who do licorice mustaches with me!

-- The crisp fall breeze that has me rummaging through my closet for my boots!  (need to clean that thing more often)

-- Having an amazing mom who is willing to try crazy new recipes, thai is on the menu crossed fingers that it's good!

-- Watching Littleman experience new things for the 1st time.  I love seeing the world unfold before his eyes.

-- Tomorrow is FRIDAY!!  The icing on the cupcake.

--- having someone accuse me of being afraid of men because I was homeschooled and don't have a boyfriend.  Yes I don't have a boyfriend and I'm okay with that.  But that doesn't mean I don't talk to guys.  Thank you for thinking so very stereo typical of homeschoolers. 

--- realizing that it feels really hot and muggy inside, checking the thermostat and it says 86.  Oh.. that's right the AC isn't working.

--- getting a 2,000 piece puzzle and getting stuck on the edges.  The edges!!!  We didn't even get to the really hard part.  Who's idea was this anyways?? Oh, yeah mine....

--- buying time of the month products (girls you know what I mean) and having a guy ring me up.  I avoid eye contact at all cost.

--- going to roller coaster heaven in FOUR DAYS!!  Just alittle excited :)

--- hearing my Grandma talk about when she was younger and seeing how God provided and still is providing for her every single day.

--- Gordon food service, a large food distributor in my local area.  Who helped us save alot of money for my open house, which is next Saturday ahhh...

--- doing a 2,000 piece puzzle with my Grandma, and even though it's crazy challenging, we're able to laugh our way through it

--- getting one call and everything changes, new dynamics, new little face to love on.  (More on that later)
