Tuesday tunes

This song by Adele keep getting stuck in my head constantly, it's a good song don't get me wrong.  But after you've heard it twenty times rolling around inside your brain, never the less I still love it!

In light of the fact that yesterday was memorial day i thought I'd post a song from the civil wars.  Before this little two person band started I loved Joy Williams, (the female vocalist).  I think I have a grand total of two of her cds, she was my got to girl back in middle school (the good old days!)

Well that's all for today!  Hope everyone enjoyed their extra long weekend, i know I sure did.  As f this Friday I will be an official highschool graduate!  Right now it's crunch time, gotta get back to my photo display! 

Tuesday tunes... (new feature)

{Alright, so just pretend that it's Tuesday right now okay?} 

Here is a new little feature I'm adding to my little blog.  Music is my avenue for just about everything.  There is not a moment when I'm driving the road that my radio, my iPod or a cd isn't blasting through the speakers (sometimes quite literally.)  Because of this I thought I'd spread my love for music to my blog!  I'll just be featuring  two or three (sometimes more) music videos each week.

Here goes the start of something new!

The last song, Fire and Dynamite is my current favorite song to listen to.  Check them out on iTunes or wherever you get your music fix.  Trust me, you wont be disappointed! 

little moment

Today feels like summer.  We've been having some lovely warm weather which I LOVE!!  (Sometimes I think I was meant to be born in the South.)  I was finishing up some loss ends of graduation announcements (yes I know they will be hitting the mail alittle late) and decided to finish them on my front porch.  Fairygirl was watering some flowers, Mom was finishing planting for the morning, and my heart did a happy dance because  at that moment all was good within my world.  I treasure these simple moments, moments that would normally fly by unnoticed.  But today, I chose to just sit and drink in the simplicity of the here and now.

Hello blogging world!
It's a funny thing when you take a blogging break. Pressing the 'publish post' button like such a big deal after I've been away for so long . 
I want to make some changes around this little corner.  Make it more personal,  I've felt lately like if I don't have something profound to say why say it at all.  I'm going to change that.  Still thinking about what that should look like.  Any suggestions would be great too!
